Information and Referral The Hispanic Committee of Virginia’s Information and Referral Services are designed to help Hispanic immigrants to the complex network of public and private services and resources in Northern Virginia. Specialists provide information about, and referrals to appropriate service providers (public and private) throughout Northern Virginia. The Hispanic Committee of Virginia maintains an up-to-date file of reliable Northern Virginia services and resources that includes name, location, and telephone number; contact person, services offered; language offered; fee structure; and eligibility requirements.
